He was friendly and understanding and worked with all available resources to get me the best deal. He made sure that my car was fueled, beautifully detailed and even made sure the key remotes had good batteries. The GM Stratis, the F&I manager Jesse and Chastin all super helpful and friendly. Glorified Sleazy Used Car Dealer Don't bother with Autolenders, If you want a Good car off-lease go for a Certified Pre-Owned at the dealer. Bought a car, when leaving the dealer not even a full tank of gas. Wipers needed to be replaced and key FOBs were both dead in a month. Tried to shake off that bad taste and then. Bought the warranty at purchase. First thing I asked was," Can I have car serviced anywhere?" The salesman immediately said yes. thought to myself, great I'm not tied to this dealer. Boy was I WRONG!! Had to bring the car in to AutoLenders for service, the first thing the service manager asks is where I'm getting my oil changed. I told him where and immediately he informs me that this will void my engine warranty. I let him no what the salesman had said and he just says; I guess he was wrong. Was he wrong or do they just teach the salespeople to lie to get the sale. I'm assuming the latter. NEVER AGAIN! More
