(The credit manager was the only bad part of the whole experience and if it weren't for Chris and the General Manager (Rob LaFlan)working with us, we might have walked away) We love our Rav4 and are very happy we didn't have to walk away without it! My wife Susan and I originally planned to just stop and take a look at the Infinity EX35 that I had pulled up on the computer. We have always liked the style of this car and the dealership salesmen--Steph take a look at the Infinity EX35 that I had pulled up on the computer. Although Stephan was not there the day we came Mike Hodgins took on the responsibility of showing us the car and having us take a test drive. In the following hour of meeting with Mike he provided outstanding service, was knowledgable about this car, was extremely friendly and provided us with an enjoyable experience. Not what we had expected based on our prior experiences in purchasing other cars in prior years at numerous dealerships, not Auto lenders. We ended up taking the car home for 2 days to "try out" and then purchased it the following day from Mike. Stephan was very helpful in then getting the car ready for us .
