I knew what I was looking for and he provided pricing that was much more competitive than another dealership offered. He was certain that he could get us better interest rates than the other dealership. Came back the next day and spoke with the sales manager who handled the credit application and offered a competitive price with every incentive we qualified for and also offered additional cash back to meet a third dealership's generous offer. My wife and I were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the sales staff and financing staff and made our purchase that day. More
