Never come here! I had the worst experience with a pre-owned vehicle here. I got a 2005 VW jetta through them in March and by June the car shut down completely on me w I had the worst experience with a pre-owned vehicle here. I got a 2005 VW jetta through them in March and by June the car shut down completely on me while on the highway almost creating a horrible accident where I was not going to make it through. The engine then caught fire on me to top it off. I purchased the extended warranty on the car and that did no good in trying to fix it or find any solution. After 2 months of calling them non stop and still no solution of getting me out of this car or it even being fixed I went to a different dealership and traded in the car. I now have the remaining balance rolled over into my new loan making me pay higher payments. This was by far the worst decision I've ever made. Worst customer service ever. The manager Hector literally laughed at me over the phone and said there was nothing he could do for me. Ridiculous to think I wasted my time and money here. Never again! More

WON'T GIVE US THE CAR WE PAID FOR!! My fiance and I put a down payment & gave our car as a trade-in on a car from Auto Jocks on March 15. At the time we were sold the car our salesman Robert promised us we would be able to drive home with the car that day. After we had signed all paperwork he informed us we couldn't get the car anymore the same day because the banks had closed. We agreed that we would get the car by Monday or Tuesday that week. On Monday after a long line of excuses we were informed that Auto Jocks did not have the title for the vehicle that they had sold us but should have it by the end of the week or by the following Tuesday at the latest. We were given a rental vehicle to use in the meantime, and told it would be at the very most 7-10 business days before they would have the title and deliver the car. Since then every time we speak with them we are given a long run around and no answers, it takes many calls to get to a manager and long hold times. It has now been 15 business days since we bought the car, they won't give us our car or tell us what is going on. More

i would deff refer anyone to Auto Jocks. unexpectdily, the head gasket on my seabring conv went on me and i was not prepared to buy a new car but when i had no other choice i went to several dealerships t the head gasket on my seabring conv went on me and i was not prepared to buy a new car but when i had no other choice i went to several dealerships trying to find an inexpensive car since i new that my credit was not the best and i only have a part time job. every where i went i was being turned down. i didn't know what i was going to do. and with # kids that was extreamly stressful. i went to auto jocks and they were very friendly and helpful. the sales guys were great but most of all Stew in financing was excellent. i was also denied through several banks, but he is a guy that is compassionate and caring and went the extra 10 miles to do his very best to get me this loan. and he did. i now have a beautiful car that i can afford (hopefully...lol) and i love it. i was having a hard time understanding how to start it since i had never had a push button car and he went again the extra mile to stop over my house on his way to work to show me the proper way. i am very grateful for all there help. thank you auto jocks. i will deffinitly use them again in the future.
