We offer Extended Warranty on most of our vehicles as we know it is best to keep our clients safe and sound and protected in case anything happens. - Prior to the purchase of the vehicle, you were offered an extended warranty plan for your bmw, which you have kindly denied and have decided. After receiving your vehicle you called us stating you are having clutch issues and we advised you to take it to bmw dealer to get it diagnosed so we can step in and help. After vehicle was checked we both agreed on $3,000 assistance which we provided and Zelle'd you the money very same day. So without any hesitation we stepped in and assisted with compensation for that repair. Which most of dealerships wouldn't do. Then almost a moth later you again reached out to us for another issue that happened while the vehicle was in service at bmw dealer and wanted compensation again. As we sell used vehicles , we cannot foresee what's going happen in the future that's why we offer warranty plans for you to have a piece of mind in any situations that may occur. We still stepped in and helped you with the first issue right away with a $3,000 compensation. Unfortunately we cannot step in and help with every issue that may arise with the vehicle upon your ownership. We do what we can to keep all of our customers happy. After all we are selling used vehicles.
