I would highly recommend not even coming to this dealership unless you want to be treated very poorly. I was highly disappointed in their sales process and they made it obvious they don’t wanna give you the information to help you make an intelligent decision when purchasing. Plain and simple they are rude, and do not need to be in business. After I left the dealership, the manager called me, was very rude, raised his voice and yelled at me. He is incredibly rude and unprofessional, and should not be dealing with people on a day-to-day basis. The ownership here needs to find new management and new people to help customers that understand the way the world works now all the information online just print up numbers and serve them and let the customer make a decision. The manager called me right after I left and yelled and raised his voice in a very unprofessional manner! He shouldn’t be in management and is not the type of person I would recommend running my business! Guy in blue tshirt shouldn’t call and scream at people VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! More
I found myself interested in a car on their lot after seeing a price drop online. I contacted the dealership and had an exchange with a salesman over text while at work. He told me an out the door price which was the "Online price" + documentation fee, tax, title and insurance. I set up an appointment to see the vehicle next day. Arrived at the dealership, found the car on the lot and a salesman came to speak with me. I quickly got him up to speed and asked if we could discuss the price with a manager to get a deal done. I was open to paying cash or financing the entire price. After a 10 minute conversation with a manager they refused to give me w price out the door. Very very odd. I mentioned l was going to look at a few other vehicles that day. This was #1 on the list and wanted a written agreed upon price out the door. I asked about additional fees and referenced the conversation via text with a salesman. Thr manager refused to give me a price and then told me to come back if l was serious and wanted the car. I walked out confused and spoke to the salesman who said he would speak to a different manager and get me a price. Hours later he finally did reach back out. I calculated a theoretical out the door price based on their website and fees. But realistically l figured they might add a little fee here or there I may be able to negotiate away. He fired me off two numbers cash and financed. They were more than 1000$ apart. The cash price was more than 6,xxx$ over the calculated out the door price based on their listed website and financed was 5,xxx$ I laughed and spoke to the salesman saying well, we wasted our time here. Now they wont stop calling, using different numbers leaving messages. So not only are they deceitful, they're strange, sneaky and now quite annoying. Stay away.. More

1. The price on the website is different from the vehicle price. They will add upwards of $10k to every sale in add-ons, LoJack, coating, reconditioning, and service they performed to make the car ready for price. I made the mistake of leaving the dealership without verifying that I had all the paperwork. When I arrived home, I found the disclosures and sales contract missing from my folder. The only document I retained was the information about the extended warranty. 3. I have made several calls to get these documents. Whether I lost them or they did not provide them is irrelevant. They have been playing a game of cat and mouse. I leave messages without them calling back. If I talk to a person, they are more interested in blaming me than providing the documents. 4. The sales staff is unresponsive. Be sure to do your research on who you work with. Google them. 5. My temporary plate is soon to expire, and my state still needs paperwork on the vehicle. Since I am missing the bill of sale, I can't register it anyways (which they should have done). This is not a firm I would suggest anyone use. Notice all their 5-star reviews use a similar vocabulary. More
