They were very aggressive in selling. I arrived and instead of allowing me to see the vehicle of choice, I was directed to the salesperson’s desk to discuss the payment method. We negotiated on a final price and asked to see the details on paper. They refused to let me see a breakdown, instead a contract was drawn up with a balloon over inflated price. General manager approached claiming that it’s all the fees and interest even after putting a down payment of $3k. It made no sense but I really liked the car and after the test drive I was more convinced that this vehicle was a dream. It was in excellent condition and drives like a dream. They use slot of distraction tactics and appear to be nice but at the end of the day they are all crooked car salesmen. More
Everything about this place is noncompliant and is a great risk of your purchasing, a vehicle that has been in an accident that will not show up on Carfax. And their lenders and who they floor-plan with, will see that they have salvage titles and sell questionable autos with deceptive practices. When I finally spoke with George after 14 calls, he denied the warranty and the guarantee to pass inspection. I compliment people when they do the right thing and a give businesses a chance to make things right, but autohub were given every chance and they failed. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LIARS. More

First of all they advertise a "internet" price to get you in the door. Then when you start making a deal there are all these hidden fee's they tack on to the price pushing the sale price up. If you pay cash they add a 995, non-financing fee, and 850 Lo jack fee. Never heard of a dealer adding fee's for not financing. I put a deposit down, did the paperwork. Was supposed to wire the money on Monday. Had a family emergency come up and got stuck dealing with that. I reached out to the dealer and said family emergency came up will finalize everything in a few days. They replied ok sure family comes first. Let us know. Then when I finally reached out to finalize everything, they did not respond right away. A day went by and I tried again. The sales person said oh we tried to reach you to tell you we sold the car. They never reached out. How could you sell a car that I have a sales contract signed on with a deposit? Nonetheless now been a month and they haven't returned my deposit. I've called and texted and no resolve. It's been over 30 days. Jose was a descent guy but overall the experience was very poor. I'd recommend folks to stay clear of this dealership. Too many other good dealers out there selling good cars with no hidden fees or games. More

I negotiated to what I thought was a decent price, which I was later informed that included my trade, after them specifically stating that the trade in was "taken out" of that price. They wanted me to pay $4000 more than we agreed upon. I walked out. Do not waste your time. More
