NEGATIVE TEN STARS — DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP! THIS ENTIRE PLACE IS BEYOND SHADY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! This dealership will do whatever they can to hide fees in every line item DEALERSHIP! THIS ENTIRE PLACE IS BEYOND SHADY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! This dealership will do whatever they can to hide fees in every line item to make back the money they agree to take off during negotiations. Unfortunately I didn’t look at reviews prior to driving two hrs from Westchester county NY down to pick up a ‘23 bmw convertible— a vehicle we negotiated and confirmed price on the phone and were told we would be in/out after running final numbers and signatures. Upon arrival (after a test drive) we began with negotiations like we never made a deal. After reminding our sales rep Larry of what we discussed on phone — cutting dealer fee in half and removing all of the prep fee — he finally agreed (yet he did have to confirm with manager for 30 mins to make this happen). We then approached the next round of negotiations. There were a couple issues with the car - it had a weird shake when idle, the sports button was stuck from a soft drink spill, and the vehicle only came with one key. All costs likely exceeded $1k but we negotiated another $500 off. During negotiation, the sales rep took our deposit check to the back room and never came back with it. Yet another tactic to make us feel inferior. We were approached by one manager who wasn’t willing to take any money off car. We decided to walk but while leaving the other manager agreed so we sat back down to do all the paperwork. However important to note, there were so many other red flags: 1.During the negotiation process, they raised the dealer fee in two different quotes and when we flagged this they said they misspoke (it had gone from $1,995 to $2,995). Again another way to make more $. 2. The sales rep shared in the initial convo on phone and again in person that LoJack fee was part of $2995 fee. While in person the sales rep Larry wrote it down as $2,995= dealer fee + LoJack. The plus sign was used at the end as another scam tactic to sneak in a $895 fee. Despite the fact that the LoJack fee was represented as being a part of the dealer fee figure, while in the final stages of signatures, it appeared as separate line item of $895. It was explained this figure would be added (hence the + sign) all along. Why wasn’t this dollar figure separated out in any of the line items from all quotes shared? Because It was another shady way for them to get more money added back at the end. 3. They hid charges and sprinkled in a couple hundred dollars in each of the other line items in this final stage of signatures eg increased sales price, registration fees increased etc. If you ever are so unlucky to find yourself stumble upon this dealership, I would strongly advise you to turn the other way and run!! For anyone willing to take a risk, make sure you finalize all costs line by line at both the beginning and again at the end. The only reason we went to this dealer in the first place was due to a unique color (grey/red) for a convertible that was not available elsewhere. We left obviously without the car but worse with so many emotions and a loss of trust. Once you catch on to their shady actions, they encourage you to walk out with zero remorse. On a positive note, we stopped at Cuzins seafood restaurant and had one of the best New England lobster rolls — right down street in New Brunswick. Hopefully this review helps others avoid a terrible day of so many negative emotions - all that comes with being scammed. Best of luck in your car search:) More

If I can give this place a negative 10 I would, Glad I walked away from a deal. I came in with my own finances, advised the salesman I was only interested on financing with my bank's pre-qualification but walked away from a deal. I came in with my own finances, advised the salesman I was only interested on financing with my bank's pre-qualification but they chose to run my credit multiple times with different banks without my permission. I immediately confronted the finance guy and asked him to stop running my credit which upset him and he had the guts to said I signed permission to run my credit and get me approve however they can which I never did. then the "General manager" approached me asking how was I being treated, I said "HORRIBLE'' this is when he realized I was not falling for their little games and said he was not doing business with me. Stay AWAY from this place and save yourself a big headache. More
My experience here was horrible, if there was an option to choose no stars I honestly would. First and foremost the price on the website is misleading because when you get there you end up spending 12,000 to choose no stars I honestly would. First and foremost the price on the website is misleading because when you get there you end up spending 12,000 more. The next day after purchasing my vehicle the tire pressure was low on all tires and I was told they forgot to do check them. After my appointment to get the car inspected days later at Land Rover I get hit with $4300 of repairs needed and was told from Land Rover themselves Auto Hub should have never allowed me to drive off the lot with the car in that condition. It’s only be 6 days since I’ve purchased this car. When I call Auto hub I spoke with the manager he hung up on me I then had to call back and was told they are not responsible for wears and tears in NJ. I was even advised by a sales representative at there location to get it inspected at Land Rover and since then they fired the employee. Hmm sounds like they’re trying to cover there tracks. This is FAR from over. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!!!! Scammers More
