Superior Motor Sports sold me a car with a bad head gasket and a warped engine heads, a $4000 problem. My friend and I noticed the temperature gauge go up on my test drive, but the salesman said it was gasket and a warped engine heads, a $4000 problem. My friend and I noticed the temperature gauge go up on my test drive, but the salesman said it was just a sensor. Unless sensor is keyword for new engine, then the dealer flat out lied to my friend and I. They wouldn't do anything to resolve the issue. Their service was extremely slow (the guy smoked a cigarette about every 5 minutes when we were dealing, very unprofessional). I almost lost trust and faith in car dealers because of my experience here. They are extremely dishonest people More
Flew to Chicago to purchase this vehicle and drive it 700 miles home. Salesman did pick me up from the airport. I asked before I bought my airline ticket if the car had been checked over, and was in good miles home. Salesman did pick me up from the airport. I asked before I bought my airline ticket if the car had been checked over, and was in good shape. They assured me it had, was in great shape and that I would not be disappointed. I asked about the tires, was told they were in good shape.<br>1) They don't detail their cars, in fact the engine had never been washed! Body has rust on both rear quarter panels. <br>2) While taking test drive, could hear front end noise. Salesman said "Hmmm, it seems to have front tire noise!" I'm lucky I made the trip home okay. It had two bad front wheel bearings. Big chunks of rubber were missing from the inside of the front tires. <br>3) Was issued a 14 day temp tag with the car, stating I'd get the title before that ever expired. I didn't get the title until the day after the temporay tag was expired, after I'd called back twice questioning where the title was. <br>4) No warranty offered on my vehicle, so they don't back their cars. Not even a 30 day 50/50 warranty. They will sell you a warranty if you want to pay major bucks ($1500 for this vehicle for one year!) from a non-recommended third party company. <br><br>NOTE: IF YOU DON"T KNOW THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE, AND IT'S COMING FROM A DEALER, MAKE SURE IT'S A LARGE SCALE DEALERSHIP WITH A BUSINESS/DEALERSHIP REPUTATION AT STAKE. THOSE DEALERSHIPS WON'T SELL YOU A CAR THAT ISN'T IN GOOD SHAPE. More
