I went to this establishment about 2 weeks ago to purchase a car. I appreciate how helpful Vlad was. He understood what I wanted and was able to accommodate all of my needs purchase a car. Let me begin by saying that this is a real review from someone that has tried to resolve any issues with this dealership to no avail. Reviews are given based on how the transaction goes, so here it goes, someone that has tried to resolve any issues with this dealership to no avail. Reviews are given based on how the transaction goes, so here it goes, Greg K a liar and a cheat. Nothing that comes out of his mouth can be trusted including the "Bumper to Bumper" warranty that only covers maybe 50% of this items on your car that he tacks on for an additional 3K, and then tells you that you need it. You won't know until you are forced to take your car to THEIR repair shop and he hits you with the news that your "warranty" covers less than half of the repair cost. I called and tried to get some resolution with Alex the "Manager" and guess what happened? He dodged my calls after he told me to call him for follow up. Don't buy from this place or this guy, IT IS HORRIBLE!! Go to a reputable dealer where the sales manager isn't hiding under his desk. SMH. More

Really nice dealership with a lot of nice cars. I’m sure they would treat me a million times better if I got a $100,000 car but I didn’t and I feel so neglected. I was mislead about a spare key. I bought the car with the promise they would fix a few issues. It’s been almost a month now and not everything is fixed. They forget about me. Don’t call me back. And just don’t treat me like someone that just bought a car. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Edit: I am currently in the dealership and after speaking with management I am going to be leaving here happier than when I came. More
Best car buying experience ever!!! I called about a car on the lot. Anna answered all my questions in a timely manner. The car is beautiful and runs great!!! These guys were amazing. They did not attempt to bait and switch the cars on us, they were very fair, willing to work with us, and extremely responsive to our needs. Very rude and unprofessional sales person. First they slapped a certification fee of $5000 and when it was refused to be paid, sales person walked away by saying "This is robbery and I should call police slapped a certification fee of $5000 and when it was refused to be paid, sales person walked away by saying "This is robbery and I should call police for that".
