Liars Came into this store from NYC and spoke with Vlad. I test drove the car I wanted and noticed a few things that needed to be repaired. Vlad said the mechanic was booked and that they would make repairs AFTER I purchased. So like a silly fool I purchased and immediately the story changed. They did 1 of 3 repairs promised because it was a safety concern and basically eff the rest. They had me go back and from from NYC several times to with appts with the mechanic only to have the mechanic say "I'm sorry. I can't fix that for you because the service was not ordered." I finally said forget it and went about my business with my 30 day temp tags. As we get close to the 30 days I begin calling looking for the title. I spoke with several in management and the titling dept. The manager got mad at me asking for MY title and hung up on me several times despite my being professional. Finally I reached out to NJ titling dept with the NJ DMV. The adjuster I was assigned visited the store to audit their books. He assured me that it would be resolved once he got involved and it was. They get your money then they want you to eff off. Not a good look. More
