1982 Land Cruiser is in poor condition. Currently, would not pass state inspection. Wiper motor, front & repair drive shafts need to be replaced. Leaking engine oil and transfer case leak. Currently, would not pass state inspection. Wiper motor, front & repair drive shafts need to be replaced. Leaking engine oil and transfer case leak. Back doors jammed. 4wd transfer case inoperative at 4wd low. Oil pressure intermittent. Vehicle needs a lot of love. Poor mechanical condition under the frame. Exhaust pipe painted silver to hide corrosion. Broken wires on transfer case. Several wires hanging loose next to rear drive shaft waiting to cause more damage and possible mishap along the road. I offered to fix all issues but dealer wanted full price. Didn’t even make sense. I think they were surprised by poor condition as vehicle sits in show room as display and limited sales knowledge/ experience. More
Dealership is somewhat small but personable. Good customer focus. No hassle. Found scratches, but they took the car back to address before I left. Good customer focus. No hassle. Found scratches, but they took the car back to address before I left. More
My experience with Autohaus Yorktown was great! Ken Petty and Donna in Finance were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I will recommend them to family and friend's. Dishonest? Sure. Deceitful? Sure. Devious? Sure. I purchased a used Merc S550 the day before Thanksgiving and had agreed to take it that afternoon and return in that Sunday for them to correct some body damage. During my test drive, it had become obvious the Heads-Up-Display wasn’t functioning properly (double vision/ focus problems), and I agreed with my salesperson it would just need an adjustment. When I returned it, I pointed out that I’d been unable to find the adjustment. They were going to take care of it. The salesperson called me Tuesday, after they’d finished the bodywork, to tell me they had adjusted the HUD and it was almost right. They were going to take another look at it after that. OVER A WEEK later, my salesperson called to tell me they have identified the problem as a bad HUD unit and it would need replacement, but they won’t do it (pre-existing?). Long story short: I explained to my salesperson that this is not a bad HUD unit (I could see the LED display below the dash, and it was working perfectly). Internet research turned up that 1) the HUD is not and never was adjustable, and 2) the problem is caused by the car having an incorrect windshield installed in it. The car had a full CarFax report, but this never showed up in that report. (Side Note: This dealership had apparently replaced the brakes in this car two months prior, but that too was kept out of the CarFax report.) They told me to come get the car as they were finished with it. The end result? The managers at Auto Haus refused to correct the problems. My car has several systems dependent upon that windshield. I’m stuck. Their lack of honesty and ethics has ruined what should have been an exciting experience for my family. Instead, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth! So again, after more research, I took the car to my local Mercedes dealership and sure enough, the windshield had not been calibrated. In fact, it couldn’t be calibrated because it was the wrong windshield! This aftermarket windshield was causing fault with the Dystronic system, the rain sensor, the Heads Up Display, and the Lane Keeping Assist. None of these had been working properly due to the windshield not being calibrated. It cost me $3,000 to get the right windshield installed and calibrated! This is why we try to buy cars through reputable dealers. In this case, I failed. So why would anybody buy a car from a company like this! Save your money for an honest dealer. More

I want ti thank the sales person Harrison and the manager Vince for great customer service they provided. I just realized that I did not have a license plate bracket so I call to let them know. They informed me they will order the part and put one on at no additional cost. They have made me a very happy customer. I am sure they will get repeat business from me. I love my new ride More
Originally I was pleased with the car buying process here. However after purchasing a used Landrover from Auto Haus, the vehicle already has had to have $700+ service repair. It’s also been over 2 wee here. However after purchasing a used Landrover from Auto Haus, the vehicle already has had to have $700+ service repair. It’s also been over 2 weeks and they have yet to pay remaining balance to my trade, and also still waiting on tags. In addition I financed through one of their vendors, and have yet to receive any information from the bank? I have sent Chase my sales rep multiple emails, and text messages inquiring on the above questions. No response! I reached out to Austin Slotan the General manager, and no response from him either. This whole experience went from positive to negative quickly which is unfortunate because simple follow-up is all I have asked. Very poor customer service. More

The air-conditioner never worked and when I took it in they wanted to charge me over $3000 to repair. This is the second time the service department has let me down. Auto Haus no longer has the integrity nor the customer service orientation they used to have years ago. Plenty of places to purchase a BMW and get a lot better service. This will be the last time I deal with them. Even the owner of the company would not take liability for their portion of selling a vehicle that did not operate properly despite them claiming to do a big inspection of it prior to selling it.
