I recently had a recall on my Nissan. When I called them to schedule an appointment they were able to get me in the same day. My car was finished within a few hours. Worst experience ever. I tried to get an appointment last week, but they refused to let me make an appointment for an oil change and service, stating it was first come/first serve. Never got a call back saying it was ready. Called that afternoon and they acted like it would be ready "soon." I went back over there. All in all, it took EIGHT hours for an oil change and to check fluids. No wonder Jiffy Lube is doing so well. And the people were so very rude in the service department - from the people behind the counter to the cashier. What they don't know, is that I have great credit and buy a new car every couple years (I did not get this car from them, but from a competitor). They've lost my business for a potential new car sale and definitely for service. I'd never go back there for anything! Never again. More
I have had a wonderful experiences with this dealership. Cowles serviced my 2002 Nissan exclusively, I followed their recommended service schedule for the life of the vehicle. I traveled over 130K during the 6 years I owned the car without any breakdowns or problems. Dave and the service team were always kind and courteous and the mechanics did a good job fixing various problems inherent with that model year (Window electronics). The service team also did a great job with the little things, like catching, during a normal servicing appointment, that I had forgotten to get my yearly inspection. Dave gave me a call to let me know and then took care of it. I purchased a 2008 Altima from Cowles 2 years ago, and while the sales process was stressful, (I find the process to be very stressful at every dealership) in the end I got a lovely new Altima with the features I wanted at a very fair price. More
Have taken my car (s) to this dealer on a couple of different occasions and each time my vehicle was improperly diagnosed. After confronting the service attendant and managers, the situation was still different occasions and each time my vehicle was improperly diagnosed. After confronting the service attendant and managers, the situation was still not resolved. Eventually had to take my car (s) to another Auto mechanic to get them properly diagnosed and repaired after paying Cowle's an $89 diagnosis fee. More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in the 6 cars we've bought!!!! We had problems with them lying over the sale price and trying to screw us out of money. Then a few months later we had to get NissanUSA involved just t had problems with them lying over the sale price and trying to screw us out of money. Then a few months later we had to get NissanUSA involved just to get them to look at the service issues we had on the car. The kids they have working there are rude and incompetent, they are slow and do not do a good check on your service complaints. They need to close down!!!! More
