On Novemver 14, 2013, I took my car to Cowles Nissan for service. Prior to bringing my car for the 15,000 mile service, I called the dealership to ask the price. I was told that it would cost $335.00 and wa service. Prior to bringing my car for the 15,000 mile service, I called the dealership to ask the price. I was told that it would cost $335.00 and was not informed of any additional cost. I expected to be charged $335 plus tax. When my husband went to pick up the car, he was charged $379.80 plus $8.32 tax, a total of $388.12. This was more than I expected to pay. The reason I called prior to bringing my car was to make sure that the cost was within my budgeted limit. I am very unhappy and disappointed in being tricked. When I called to complain, I was told that that there is a charge for shop supplies, hazardous material, etc. I told the representative who quoted me the price that he should have mentioned all charges. When someone call for a price quote, the amount given is what they expect to pay. Lesson learned! Just want customers to be aware. Unhappy Customer Mitchell More

Last week I called and left a message for Kirsten as I needed to bring my vehicle in for emmissions. I called as I wanted to make sure if I left the vehicle it could be fit into the schedule. I did not needed to bring my vehicle in for emmissions. I called as I wanted to make sure if I left the vehicle it could be fit into the schedule. I did not reach Kirsten so I left a message. It was very late in the afternoon and I was leaving work, so I decided I would just take a chance at a local gas station, since my tags were no expired (oops). I was able to get the emmissions test done and moved on with my business. A week later, out of the blue I received a call from Kirsten. She explained and apologized for not returning my call sooner as she was on vacation. But she followed up with me wanting to make sure that I was taken care of. Are you kidding! I was so touched that she was concerned enough about me that she called back to make sure that I was taken care of. I was blown away with that outstanding level of customer service. And this is not the only time. Kirsten consistently provides this level of customer service. She always makes me feel as though I am her only customer. That is incredible. I continue to return to Cowles because I know Kirsten will ake great care of me and my vehicles. More

Although I didn't buy my Pathfinder at Cowles it is the closest Nissan dealership to my office, and it is where I get my truck serviced. I bought my car last year in May and it is wonderful, I have only had to take it in for the scheduled oil changes, but every time I have gone in, it has been in t he mornings before work and they get me in have only had to take it in for the scheduled oil changes, but every time I have gone in, it has been in t he mornings before work and they get me in and out within less then an hour. That is very important to me. When I bought the car, I went in thinking that I would not be able to get a new car.
