Update: I went to Rosner Nissan in Stafford, VA and they took care of the 2 recalls, tire rotation, oil change and ordered a new steering wheel under warranty, by the way, they never even mentioned anything about a charge if the steering wheel problem was not under warranty. The service writer listened to my concerns and took care of the problem, Cowles Nissan should learn from Rosner Nissan how to take care of a customer instead of just trying to charge your for everything. Rosner Nissan has earned my business.

You can shake it off as you have better things to do with your time, but when YOU POST SLANDER on a public web site, you need to be able to back it up.
