Up till now I still havnt recieve my car title and my bank has increase my monthly payment. I just don't know what they are doing over there at the office. I bought my car in June so u can imagine. Bad service, Bad experience, Bad Communication I had a bad experience with this dealer. I bought a low mileage pre-owned vehicle and the engine light turned on by the time I took it back to my hous I had a bad experience with this dealer. I bought a low mileage pre-owned vehicle and the engine light turned on by the time I took it back to my house on the same day I purchased it (drove it only 20 miles). They have this kind of reconditioning fess $,$$$ ( as having the car reconditioned and fixed from any issues before they sell it) that I'm supposed to pay it additionally with the car price, but unfortunately, it seems that these fees are a kind of FRAUD. In addition, they were not cooperative with me when I took the car back to them to fix the issue. They didn't help me out in bringing the car back to them (I had the car towed to them and pay for it). The car took around 2 WEEKS to have it fixed and they didn't keep me updated with the car's status. So my advice to you is to avoid them as much as possible if you can, mostly if you're going to buy a pre-owned car because they CHEAT you with their cheap listed price. You will have to pay for the reconditioning fees ( +1,200$ ) above the listed price which I think is a fraud accordingly to my experience. I WISH THAT I DIDN'T IGNORE THE BAD COMMENTS AND REVIEWS THAT I READ HERE, THINKING THAT THEY ARE NOT TRUE. More
