My Titan Im so thankful that I went to Cowles to purchase my Titan. It was the last dealership I went to, but if i ever trade or buy again it will be the first Im so thankful that I went to Cowles to purchase my Titan. We went to numerous other dealers where all we accomplished was "dealer mind games". We did not get that from Cowles. They jumped through hoops to be able to meet me at a price I could afford. Do not go there ! The worst dealer I've ever been at 0/5. First of all the customer service experience was horrible. I asked the sales person for a quote. He gives me a price way over $3500 on top of the cars total price in comparison to their online site. I then ask to explain me what the different fees added to the total of the price are so I could have an idea. The sales person could not explain me anything and I could not even understand him since he had a strong accent. I am latino guy who also has a little bit of an accent, but I always try to find a way to explain the things. After not understanding the fees, I grabbed the paper with the quote and was about to leave, when the salesman tried ro grab the quote out of my hands, without saying that I wasnt supposed to take it home with me(dealership policy). Which I still don't understand why, since they provide online quotes. Anyway, he was very rude and even made my wife, who was with my 6-month old son, feel uncomfortable. Also, when showing me the cars, he didn't want to show me the exact model I wanted, and when I questioned him about a better model with a better price that I saw online, he hesitated to check if they had it there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Go to a place where they have knowledge about what they are offering/charging you, and know how to work with people in a respectful way. More

One thing that did bother me was how dirty the Tundra was when i went for a test drive, thought the Truck should have been cleaned a little better. Noticed that with a lot of the vehicles on the lot..but it also shows in the building they are in, not very clean and run down. Douglaz from financing was great no pressure. Did feel like they wanted to down play a problem with the steering in the truck i was looking at... supposedly a alignment was done but it still drifted to the right.. I bought it anyway..come to find out it was not only the alignment but also the tires and it needed new front struts. Why wasn't that seen when they did the inspection on it?? Makes me think the mechanic was hiding something, cuz he sure wanted to just blame it on low tire pressure...hmmmm... Can I get a call from management about this? I only have had the Toyota Tundra Truck for 4 days. More

The previous day we only went to inquire about a Nissan Maxima and he made it his mission to ensure that we not only saw the car but knew every feature inside the car and outside the car.
