I recently purchased a used car 2015 Jeep Renegade. Even though it's a used car, I didn't expect to have problems basically the same day I bought it. Contract states 2 keys were given to me but dealer only gave me one key. Was told to come in on a Monday to get the other key because that's the only day the person who's in charge of making the key comes in. Arrived at 3:30 (as I was told), waited until 5:30 just to be told the guy didn't show up and to come back the following week. Had to drop off the car because the check engine light turned on (not even two weeks after I bought the car) and they had to take the Jeep to another dealer because they don't know what's wrong with it. This dealer is a fraud, I'm to the point where I just want to return the car but was told by Pat (Manager) that I can't return the car. DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THIS DEALER. It's not WORTH IT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. More

The entire process was an ENTIRE MESS.... it was until we decided to leave that they actually wanted our trade and our businesses. We were promised 2 keys, and only received 1. 2nd, they claim that they washed it, but when they came back with the vehicle, it was filthier than before.. 3rd there where deep scratches but they did fix those. Thank God..... but here’s the kicker, they advertise a vehicle for 2-3k cheaper and when your doing paperwork you’ll notice that the price went up... Overall, We had an AWESOME Salesman. It the people their are questionable.. wait it gets even better, but because the dealership neglected to put the correct 10 day pay off, on our paperwork we’re being harassed by our bank because they haven’t seen payment yet,,. More

Bait and switch lesson learned My son and I tried to buy a 2017 Nissan Altima from this dealer . Worked through a salesman named Jimmy who was helpful on the phone. Since I was driving a good distance to the dealer leaving from southern MD. I wanted to be sure the numbers were good and my trade in would be valued based on a fair price and most of ALL the vehicle was onsite.. After talking with Jimmy's boss about the trade in . We agreed to take the drive to Woodbridge., Once there Jimmy greeted us at the door. Took my keys to our trade in and said he would drive the car we were interested in to the front . A bit of time went by NO CAR . Jimmy finally returns to advise someone had started the paper work on the car we wanted the DAY PRIOR and were there to buy it at the same time we were. COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH WAS IN PROCESS. "Is there another car you are interested in" besides the one on the internet with a get you through the door price . Use this dealer at your own risk but DO NOT take what they say as 100% honest . My son learned a good lesson this day about buying used cars seen over the internet ! More
Worst experience ever! Drove 4 hours when we worked out a solid deal over the phone. I get there, and they didn't even let me get to test drive the car before they had me in Drove 4 hours when we worked out a solid deal over the phone. I get there, and they didn't even let me get to test drive the car before they had me inside trying to work up ANOTHER deal. We agreed on a price for my trade, and then they wanted to back out of what they agreed on ... they finally drug their feet and came back around to the original deal after threatening to leave. So before filling out paperwork to close the deal, I go out and the sales person ask's "hey you do know this has 3,100 miles on this, right?" ... are flipping kidding me ... I'm paying nearly $50k for a new car, and your website states new, and 5 miles! And then you drag your feet to meet the original deal, and the car turns out to be a demo! The salesman had nothing to do with us, and was pretty much non-existent the whole process, and sales manager was typical ... all about themselves, and screwing over the customer at all cost! The only person that seemed to have any common sense was the finance manager, and he could do simple math! When it was all said and done, they went and "took the car to be cleaned", it came back dirtier. The cherry on the cake, I asked "if they wouldn't mind filling up the tank full of gas?", they give you the typical "absolutely" ... paperwork was complete and they handed me the keys, I kindly asked if they filled it with fuel? They responded "we will take care of it", they proceeded to offer me a fuel voucher, where I finally had enough and said "no, please go fill the tank before we leave!" ... Do not give these idiots your business! The entire experience was ridiculous! More
Highly do not recommend I had the most terrible experience purchasing my first car from this dealership. 30 days after I purchased my vehicle, I was asked to return it due to I had the most terrible experience purchasing my first car from this dealership. 30 days after I purchased my vehicle, I was asked to return it due to the financials not going through of the person who traded in the vehicle. I returned the vechile same day and was convinced to give Cowles another try, which I did. Turns out Cowles did not correctly close out/ pay Nissan Finance Corp for the first car which resulted in me receiving bills for two cars. After calling my salesman Freddie Suazo several times to have this issue resolved, he was not helpful at all. I called several managers and only after threatening to put a formal complaint through Nissan Corporation, did they take me seriously. It took Cowles Nissan almost three months to send Nissan Corporation a check to pay for the vechile that they took back from me. Within those three months I received many phone calls from Nissan Corporation asking for payment for a car I no longer even had in my possession. My and my co-signers’ credit score dropped tremendously and I received several notices from my credit cards saying they were lowering my line of credit due to activity on my credit. The negligence of Cowles Nissan caused me stressed and cost me time of back and forth being on the phone with empty promises that they would resolve this issues. As of today, I am still calling Cowles Nissan to have them write a letter on their company letterhead stating their fault, and faxing it over to Nissan Corporation so that they could send it to national credit bureau so that hopefully my credit can recover. I highly to not recommend putting your trust in this dealership. Thank you for reading. More
