I have always been treated with the upmost respect by all employees. The price of purchase for both buying my vehicles and having them repaired has always been a fair price. The quality of workmanship has always been excellent. Yumei has always been wonderful and attentive to my needs. I have never felt any pressure to make my purchase. I will be a customer for life! I came into Cowles after visiting two other dealerships in the area, (sheehy nissan in manassas and nissan of chantilly). They had the only 370Z I truly wanted with all the features. It was the only one in the area, (sheehy nissan in manassas and nissan of chantilly). They had the only 370Z I truly wanted with all the features. It was the only one in the entire area. Hector was the salesperson and he was phenomenal. He was very down to earth and didnt give me any xx or try to pressure me. (Nissan of chantilly was a whole different ball game). He knew almost everything about the car. They also gave me a great deal on my traden. So after I drove home that day to think over purchasing the vehicle, I came back the next day and dealt with "Q", the finance manager. I was already extremely impressed with Hector, but Q went above and beyond. With a moderate credit score, he was able to get me a rate beyond my wildest expectations, he even kept trying harder to get me the best rate, when I had already agreed to the higher one. Now I WAS given a slightly lower price at sheehy nissan, but it didnt have have the navigation package I wanted, so I passed. I cannot speak for their service department, but they have an express line where they can get you in in under a half hour. Overall, I would higly recommend this place, just ask for Hector. More
During my visits for my maintenance work on my vehicle I worked with Suzie Shoemake. She contacted me daily to provide me with the status of my vehicle. Her personality is outstanding and her customer servi worked with Suzie Shoemake. She contacted me daily to provide me with the status of my vehicle. Her personality is outstanding and her customer service is superb. I didn't feel that I was just a number, she was more concerned with the quality and ensuring that I was satisfied. If more people in the world were as concerned about their customers as Suzie, then it would be a better place. More

The atmosphere in this dealership is unlike the others I have been to. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and didn't feel intimidated. Dan Wernitznig made me a deal I couldn't refuse and I am have been to. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and didn't feel intimidated. I took my 2008 Altima in for service. Scheduling the appointment was easy and straightforward. When I arrived at the dealer, Sean greeted me quickly and professionally. He reviewed what work was going t appointment was easy and straightforward. When I arrived at the dealer, Sean greeted me quickly and professionally. He reviewed what work was going to be performed and what the charges would be. Although it was not necessary, a rental car was offered. When I picked my car up, I was in and out quickly and Sean reviewed some things that would need to be performed in the future such as brakes and tires. Great experience. More
take away- they will give you conflicting information and charge you an unadvertised $595 reconditioning fee in addition to the advertised $489 dealer fee Complete run around. Saw car advertised online o charge you an unadvertised $595 reconditioning fee in addition to the advertised $489 dealer fee Complete run around. Saw car advertised online on a Saturday, then called to confirm it's status (sold or not). One salesman that I spoke with said that he would find the car and call back. Another salesman that I spoke with said that the car was out on a test drive, but that he would call me back if the test-driving customers did not complete the sale. I provided each salesmen with whom I spoke the stock no. for the car, as listed online. I received calls from each of these salesmen. I responded to the first who called me, who said that he had not called me back on Saturday because while the car was listed in inventory online, it did not get to the lot until Monday. Already odd considering that his colleague told me in a separate conversation that Saturday that it was on a test drive. Made appointment to see the car Tuesday morning, first thing with Rick Butt. After driving down from DC, Rick Butt told my husband and I were told that the vehicle had been shipped off to auction, but that they might be able to get it back (interesting...how exactly does that work?). I gave Rick Butt our bottom line price- cash- no financing. To meet our number, the dealer would basically have to knock out the unadvertised $595 reconditioning fee of which we were suddenly informed. One moment, Rick Butt stated that he could get us out the door with the car at our price, the next moment, he stated that it would be a full $1000 more in addition to not waiving the reconditioning fee at this point because the car had been shipped to auction (?! I don't know whether Rick Butt or I was the biggest idiot at this point for thinking anything was going to come of the negotiation for this unicorn of a car). Wait for it...Rick Butt then attempted to sell us another car with 20k more on it, that cost a full $1500 more than the original car but this time by waiving the reconditioning fee... At that point we stated that we had made an appointment to see a particular vehicle and that we needed to be on our way. The "new" sales manager, Scott Miller, then said something to the effect of [Cowles] not wanting to keep used inventory on the lot for very long and that the particular model that we had come to see was in high demand. Both of those things, in the abstract, make absolute sense except for that Rick Butt told me that the vehicle had only been on the lot little more than a day...which doesn't square with it being on the lot too long and not that it would be because it's a model in high demand. They clearly just did not want to sell us this car. Would have considered continuing to work with them in the future if one of them simply had the courtesy to say that they just couldn't meet the price I requested. My peanut gallery advice is to go to another dealership that actually wants to sell you a car. More
