In my opinion this is how customers should be treated Everytime. He made my day go a lot smoother unlike past dealerships I have been in. purchased a auto from these people. the afternoon i got it home i called back and for 4 days after trying to arrange to bring it back to get a/c fixed. no luck so i drove up there. talked to the GM which b it home i called back and for 4 days after trying to arrange to bring it back to get a/c fixed. no luck so i drove up there. talked to the GM which basically told me your problem not ours. also there was a purchase of some type of maintanace program which i turned down added to the price. xxxx of a time removing that. now keep in mind the car i bought had 6950 miles on it and they would not fix the a/c. would not even suggest where to take it or work with me in any way. Please dont buy from these people, or any affiliate of theirs. you will be sorry for the after purchase experience, TRUST me. bad company and terrible people running it. More

Sopele found us the most incentives and Tony was right there with him working on a deal to get us in to our brand new car. I will definitely come back again and again. It's been almost a year now and I am smooth sailing in my 2012 Rogue. Also, been in for scheduled maintanence, let me say, the Service Department, ROCKS!!!!! They're always quick and eager to help. I've never purchased a vehicle from Cowles Nissan but I have purchased a used Nissan from Cowles Ford. Good experience and a very fair price for my used 2007 350z convertible. My family has three Nissans have purchased a used Nissan from Cowles Ford. Good experience and a very fair price for my used 2007 350z convertible. My family has three Nissans...an Altima coupe, Xterra and 350z. The dealings we have had with the service department (especially Kirsten) have been excellent. I know a vehicles enough to know that we've been taken care of and not getting ripped off. Prices for light maintenance to more difficult jobs have been fairly priced and not what I would consider "dealership overpricing". I have had many issues with other dealers over the years and it has been a pleasant surprise to have faith in Cowles (at least with their service department). More
