I was extremely surprised at how easy and painless my new car shopping experience was at Cowles Nissan. I initially requested a quote on the internet for a brand new Pathfinder. From there, I exchanged a few short emails with the internet salesman there (Tom Brown), basically letting him know the exact Pathfinder I wanted, and how much I was willing to pay. Mr. Brown assured me they could meet my price, and next thing I know I was reserving a brand new vehicle (as the exact one I wanted had not arrived at the dealership yet). Within a week, my new pathfinder arrived and I went by the dealership to purchase it. Alot of the paperwork had already been prepared before I arrived, so basically I was in and out of there in no time, returning home with my new Pathfinder. Everybody I interacted with at Cowles was extremely nice, very professional, and truly made it a hassle-free experience. I would recommend anybody looking for a new vehicle to stop by Cowles. More

Initially, I was interested in a black Sentra 2.0 SR. Upon revealing purchase incentives, I decided to purchase the Nissan Sentra 2.0 instead. Tom and Mike worked with me well after the location closed. They even went as far as assisting me with transferring the items in my previous vehicle to my new vehicle. The next day, I went back and was given a tutorial and an overview of items that I needed to know. As a result of the stellar customer service of these two gentlemen I recommend them and Cowles to anyone who is seeking a new vehicle. More

Overall an excellent experience. Everyone at the dealership was genuinely friendly and eager to help, not like some of my experience of other dealerships. I could not come down with my Wife and Daug dealership was genuinely friendly and eager to help, not like some of my experience of other dealerships. I could not come down with my Wife and Daughter to test drive the vehicle, so they came down on their own and reported that there was no pressure to buy the vehicle. The next day, I came down and purchased the vehicle. My Sales person put the permanent tags on, filled the car with gas, and had it cleaned inside and out (even though I didn't think it needed it). On the way out, everyone we passed either thanked us for our business or wished us a good night. Very professional and friendly. Received such a great price on the vehicle and when I went through USAA to finance it, they said I got a fantastic deal and already had over $ 6,000 in equity. I felt very at ease with this dealership and can't recommend it enough. More
