Ms. Amy Roy, I looked into what happened with this transaction and I do apologize, however it really was no fault of ours. We had contacted another Nissan dealership and were told by them that when the truck arrived we could have it. When the truck came in, the dealership told us we could no longer have it and left us hanging with you. I do apologize that we were unable to get you the truck but if you did your research, you know they are in limited supply. I also don't understand why you are saying you spoke with the "General Manager" since we have never spoke? I believe you spoke with Mike Callahan, who is one of my sales managers. Update: I went to Rosner Nissan in Stafford, VA and they took care of the 2 recalls, tire rotation, oil change and ordered a new steering wheel under warranty, by the way, they never even mentioned anything about a charge if the steering wheel problem was not under warranty. The service writer listened to my concerns and took care of the problem, Cowles Nissan should learn from Rosner Nissan how to take care of a customer instead of just trying to charge your for everything. Rosner Nissan has earned my business.
