Absolute fabulous service. 24 hours after purchasing my 2012 Suburban it had a major issue. I wish I could say that my first time car buying experience was positive but it was not. This experience has taught me to stick with my orginal car plan and DO NOT LET PEOPLE FORCE YOU INTO SOMETHIN experience was positive but it was not. This experience has taught me to stick with my orginal car plan and DO NOT LET PEOPLE FORCE YOU INTO SOMETHING YOU ARE NOT READY FOR. The fact is that these people just did not care about me or my needs once the purchase went through. Prior to that, I felt rushed and pressured and ended up buying a car well outside of my budget (which I am sure none of them were complaining about) I left there anxious and confused. I did not get call backs regarding neccassary information. I found numerous repairs that needed to be done. When I returned to have them fixed I was told "it was the 30th day of the warranty and they could not do anything about it." They work was shotty and they seemed to charge their employees for the repairs, which seems strange to me. There was a lot of joking and giggling going on until you asked them to do something. Then the phrase, "Oh yeah I gotta to see about that." was repeated often. Perhaps, my dealer did not seem to know much about the procedure or protocol regarding my purchase and threw alot of questions to the manager who seem less than interested doing business with me or anyone of my complexion. I will never go to easterns again. Aside from the young man (Josh) who offered to help me get my car fixed at a nearby repair place. He alone gets my praise and graditude. I will not be returning here EVER again!!!!!! More
