Most dealers won't talk or give you the time of day when you have credit problems, Chas treated me like I was the only one there and worked with me on every aspect to get me into the car that was not only right for me but within the price range I could afford. Once I arrived home a Well, after being a very content customer my first two purchases and leaving a positive review things have dramatically changed! Once I arrived home and began to program items such as bluetooth,satellite radio and stereo it was discovered that the items did not work. The rear deck subwoofer was blown, windshield wiper motor was faulty, bluetooth adaptor was missing and the only key they provided to operate the push button start and other keyless functions was faulty. I took the vehicle to Mercedes Benz(S550) to see exactly what it was to advise Eastern. The total to fix all repairs was over 3800.00. The GM at the Manasas center advised the only thing they would reimburse me for is half of the cost for the new key 175.00 and they would pay for the new windshield motor relay 250.00. That was almost a month ago and still haven't received it. The advised they would look at the XM radio and repair the speaker. I took my vehicle in on Friday morning and they promised to have it completed on Monday. As of Monday evening the vehicle had not even been touched. So know I'm left having to already paid 1214.00. For the new bluetooth module 500.00, windshield wiper motor 250.00, new key 325.00, rear deck subwoofer 1700.00. (Harmon Kardon) and 400.00 for the new XM module. Keep in mind this is the third vehicle that I have purchased from them in last 2 years. They even had the lack of intestinal fortitude and attempt to lie about what the vehicle was equipped with from factory. They said that the bluetooth module was an aftermarket piece. Simply not true. Mercedes ran the VIN and also advised that all Mercedes were equipped with these modules after 2004. Not to mention the first item on the sales description sticker and on website under convenience said BLUETOOTH. Not bluetooth possible. So all of this expense the first three weeks having the car and putting 5500 down. Simply not right. I haven't even drove the car 700 miles. I'M NOT saying don't buy a car from here. They have nice vehicles and programs that really do help those who work hard but need assistance for whatever reason. I'm just saying be cautious and make sure everything works before leaving lot!! It shouldn't make a difference what type of car one purchases. No one should be treated this way. It makes it appear that they lack integrity and a conscious. I feel robbed. Especially after being a loyal customer. Now what? More

He asked us several questions and was able to help us to get our new car. When he noticed that my wife was cold, he brought in a space heater to make her comfortable. The manager on duty also was very pleasant. The entire atmosphere was very casual. We were all joking and laughing while at the same time doing serious work. When I came to Easterns I honestly didn't think they would be able to do anything for me. I had negative equity in the car I was in at the time and my credit rating was poor at best. However, they did would be able to do anything for me. I had negative equity in the car I was in at the time and my credit rating was poor at best. However, they did everything possible to help me. My Salesperson was Chas (Anderson). He was extremely thorough and helped me through some important decisions. Ben was my finance manager. Now he was the rock star (SORRY CHAS). He walked through my information with the banks and was able to bring my payment in lower than I expected AND my interest rate was lower than my previous car.
