Waste of time, lies, lies, lies. Last Monday, my husband set up a 9 am appointment for Saturday, and they called us every single day after that. They were told up front the situation we were dealing with and what we were able to work with. Everything up front. We made it to our appointment and we are sat all the way in the back corner, like disapproving children. They again told us that they could work with him. The collected all of the information, didn't even run the credit, and came back and did a song and dance about how I might have to co-sign for him. I told them no for the fifth time. They finally ran his credit and actually showed us an offer, but then tried the co-signer thing again. Three and a half hours of my life wasted. The salesperson kept bringing his supervisor over and talking to us like children. The numbers went up every time that man showed up. They did not listen at all. No drinks offered. No nothing. Overtly pushy sales people. Oh, yeah. And my husband was able to get financed later the same day at Auto City VA, in a newer and nicer car than Easterns had on the lot. No problem. No drama. No co-signer, and they had coffee!! More

Lack of Professionalism, Lies, and Communication This dealership's management team needs to work on their customer service. I coordinated, on monday, for my vehicle to be fixed. I was told to arrive This dealership's management team needs to work on their customer service. I coordinated, on monday, for my vehicle to be fixed. I was told to arrive on thursday at 10am and i confirmed on wednesday that my vehicle would be taken care of on thursday. I arrived today and was told my vehicle would not be taken care of and they did not honor the arrangement. The financial manager needs a lesson in customer service as well as the sales manager. They sold a vehicle which they knew had an accident in its record after the fact and they seem to be under the impression that taking care of customers is a privilige. I have contacted their corporate office and they are aware of this below standard service. If you give your word or coordinate an event you should follow through. I was told to come back monday to have this situation fixed and I am sure they will not follow through once again. The owner and the corporate leadership need to investigate/address the performance of their managers. this is unacceptable behavior and they give the business a bad name. These managers continue to blame their salesman Gregory Steele for their inability to perform their jobs or keep their word. They use words such as "miscommunication" and they have no regards for customer service nor performing the work they would say they would do at the time they scheduled. worst customer service experience ever and they need to be addressed by the leadership or more customers will suffer similar experiences. The original vehicle I was interested in was sold the previous day. When I arrived onsite with the stock number, the manager said, that Jeep was sold yesterday in Laurel MD. He also said; but I just got another in today!. When I was introduced to my Sale Associate, Greg Steele, he took me through everything I needed to do to drive away in my new Jeep. We even found out, he and I attended the same high school. I would recommend all my family and friends to share that same experience I had, with their friends and family.
