Waste of time Had a 10am appt and Drove 2 hours to see a vehicle that wasn't where it was supposed to be. Was greeted by the staff as if I was interrupting somethin Had a 10am appt and Drove 2 hours to see a vehicle that wasn't where it was supposed to be. Was greeted by the staff as if I was interrupting something. No one knew of my appt (that I had received email confirmation for), no one knew what vehicle was I was looking for or where it was. Once they found the vehicle still at the original dealership they wanted me to wait an additional hour longer to see it, which I could not do. No one did anything to attempt to reschedule. A weak "sorry" was all I received, Nevermind that I just drove 2 hours... Sadly I contacted the dealership again, because I was that interested in the car and the "sales manger's" time was too important to be willing to meet me with the vehicle, even though it was their mistake thy it wasn't where it was supposed to be. No one, Internet sales manager, customer service rep or the dealership have emailed or left a message for has contacted me back in reference to the problem. I beat if I made interest to a vehicle is hear from someone. If you're looking to waste some time or to feel like someone else's time is more important than yours, this dealership is the place for you. More

Within 10 mins of my email Samuel called me I was shopping around for a Mercedes Benz truck and emailed Eastern Motors to see what they had available. Within 10 mins of my email Samuel called me to see what I wanted. He was very patient and professional since I am very picky. He asked me what I wanted and I got the car within a matter of hours.He also kept me informed during the whole financing process.
