I have reall This review is not to bash the company. This is based off my experience and trying to give a heads up to other who my be in my situation. I have really, really bad credit, however I was under the impression that this dealer did not run credit based off of their advertisements. The truth is that they do run your credit to match you up with a bank welling to finance. For me, that was fine, however, the down payment was over 25% of the vehicle cast. The cars on there lot are over priced according to Cargurus.com. The actual problems began after I was told that there wasn't any deal available for me. The next day, I receive a phone call from my sales rep. He asked for my W-2's, stating that he had another manager looking over my application. I emailed a copy of my W-2's and a few hour later, I received a text saying that a deal has been made and I needed to bring my co-signer in, when we both have the time. I had ask for the detail of the deal to be emailed to me, prior to me driving the hour to the dealer. Did not want to going into the deal blind. The Sales Rep. told me that he would email me the deals but he needed the VIN to my other car. I have told him several time that I was NOT trading anything. He kept assisting that I do or there is no deal which pissed me off. I told him that my car was paid for and I did NOT want to trade it. However, I need the details of the deal and I might go forward and trade my car. 4 hour passed and I have yet received any info for this deal.(02/17/2016). I text the Sales Rep and I think I made him mad because he told me that he wasn't going to drop everything to send info. I'll get it when he gets it. The next day, still nothing (02/18/2016). And now, it's Friday, and still haven't received anything. Now, I'm left with the assumption that this deal never existed. More
