The Best Experience Ever!!!! I had the opportunity to speak with the Norman, who was very professional, and a respective car salesman at Easterns Automotive in Manassas, VA. He was not pushy at all like most car salesman that you often run into. After I told Norman what kind of car I was interested in, he and the GM Danny began searching to find what I wanted. I was contacted by the GM Danny, who picked out THE PERFECT vehicle for me. He gave me the information on the car and answered all my question. I felt at ease and decided to purchase the vehicle. I was able to complete the finance part over the phone and online. I must say this was THE BEST experience I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle. I drove from the RDU area all the way to Manassas VA, and it was well worth the drive. I had a rental and did not know how I was going to turn it in since I was alone. Well guess what? Norman even turned my car into enterprise for me. If this is not Great customer service then I don’t know what is. The GM Danny was AMAZING!!! Not only did he and Norman follow up with me after I purchased my vehicle, they both were VERY pleasant and kept me informed every step of the way. I am super excited about my new vehicle and want to thank Easterns Automotive Group of Manassas VA, especially Norman and Danny for all their help. I will be sure to tell everyone at the hospital how amazing you guys are. Thank you so much!!!! More
