This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any dealership by far. I initially got a Saturn which was in the shop 5 days after getting it. I can not begin to explain how livid I am with this dealership. Sales lady was good, but Sam and Paul are a racquet. SCAM, FRAUDULENT, CON ARTISTS. .. Through research, I have found out that they have done this to other customers. They don’t return phone calls and never connect you with anyone. T .. They have been audited and taken through multiple legal actions from many other prior customers, as well. I am also filing a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and NJ Division of Consumer Affairs to SHUT THEM DOWN. First off, I am not the type to complain or even type a review on a business. I understand the hardships of owning a business these days. However, this business needs to be reported and the public deserves to know about this dirty company. I purchased a Porsche Macan from them in December of 2022. Upon purchasing, I noticed my key fob and rear back window wasn't working. Paul, the manager, promised me the window would get fixed and he would get me a new key. I have emails and multiple texts stating such. For the first 6 months, I was polite, flexible, professional, and even sympathetic to the many excuses I kept receiving from Paul. However, at this point, I feel that my understanding and patience has been taken advantage of. Paul has been negligent in not even answering my calls or texts now. Even if I call the Autogallery number and request to speak to someone else, such as another manager or owner, the rude ‘girl’ on the phone tells me no one is available and she will leave a message for someone else to call me back, in which I never obviously get a call back. How many times can my message get lost and I don’t ever receive a call back? All I expected was what was agreed upon at the time of my purchase. This business is full of such misconduct that I urge anyone reading this to stay away. More

They completely deceived me by selling me a vehicle that had been involved in an accident, without any prior notification. It's clear that their priority was making a quick sale rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. Within two weeks of purchasing the car, the check engine and service lights appeared, indicating that something was seriously wrong. To my dismay, it turned out that the turbocharger was blown, a significant and costly issue. I immediately contacted Paul, the representative I dealt with during the sale, and he assured me that the problem would be taken care of promptly. However, my hopes were shattered as Paul held onto the car for over a week without addressing the issue. It became evident that their promise of excellent customer service was nothing more than empty words. I found myself stuck with a car that was virtually unusable, despite having purchased it less than ninety days ago. As if the inconvenience and frustration weren't enough, I have already had to spend over four thousand dollars in repairs on a vehicle that should have been in proper working condition at the time of purchase. This is an outrageous amount of money to spend on a car that I have owned for such a short period. My experience with Auto Gallery has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this dealership. They have proven themselves to be untrustworthy, unethical, and entirely focused on making a profit at the expense of their customers' satisfaction. New Jersey has a plethora of car dealerships, and there are certainly better options available. Save yourself the headache, the financial burden, and the disappointment by avoiding Auto Gallery at all costs. More

The workers were friendly and nice to work with. Unfortunately the sunroof was leaking and there was a huge puddle on the back seat floor. HIDDEN $2,000 FEES AND NO TEST DRIVES ALLOWED I knew it was going to be a bad visit once I pulled in. I took a day off and drove 1hr from upstate to see a specific car, When a arrived the car was only blocked by two cars but was filthy and had a flat tire. when I asked Danny to test drive it, he said no. I thought he was kidding but he basically went to the "Manager" and he came back saying the only way to test drive the car was if a deal was to be done that day. I said how can I buy a car I never drove and walked out. I went to another dealer that had the same car and they photo copied my license and put a dealer plate on the back of the car and told me to take myself on a test drive. Guess where I purchased a car today? don't waste your time at this dealership. There are plenty of other dealer who actually want your business. More
