Awful Experience I called the dealership after viewing a 2013 Nissan Sentra online. However I drove three hours to get to the dealership, upon my arrival the salesper I called the dealership after viewing a 2013 Nissan Sentra online. However I drove three hours to get to the dealership, upon my arrival the salesperson Michelle Hernandez started calling me like every other second. After the first phone call I began to grow weary about the situation. However after repeated calls from Michelle asking me questions like how close are you, and where are you discouraged me. Once I arrived I noticed that the car had a major defect with a missing bracket that holds the windshield in place. Rudely I was told don't worry about that let's go ahead and take a test drive. Took the test drive, asked questions about the defect with the car, the vibration, and low tire pressure which Michelle told me I wasn't buying a jaguar. I was totally offended and decided not to purchase, when Michelle started talking to the other employees in Spanish, to exclude me from the conversation. I asked for the manager and the refusal of the manager to come and see what my needs were shocked me. Normally if a seller is coming to purchase a car surely it wouldn't say low tire pressure. I will never use this dealership and recommend that everyone else seeks other places to purchase vehicles that warrant excellent customers and values customers. After all when I came to the dealership my credit union had already approved me over the value of the car I was looking to purchase. Please learn the difference of what customer service really means.
