We received prompt, knowledgeable attention b Found and purchased a pristine 2007 Toyota Avalon advertised on internet by dealership via CarGurus.com. We received prompt, knowledgeable attention by the salesperson Aaron, and Eric, the mgr, was available and responsive. Price was in line with like vehicles at other dealerships, esp given low mileage. Our discovery of a non-opening trunk brought the immediate identification of a fuse related problem and it was fixed on the spot. We were prepared to buy outright so can't speak to financing arrangements, but our interaction with Britaini in that department was cordial & professional. We will post another review after the car is evaluated by our mechanic tomorrow, and in 6 mos to a year as we get to know our new vehicle. We hope to remain as enthused about the dealership then as we are now. Thanks all of you!! More

I was tired from work and ready to go home but stopped with my husband to look at a vehicle he had found that he felt would suit our needs. It was a great vehicle and priced well. They worked within our range price, payment price and down payment price and were straight forward, no changing prices here, adding there. They were friendly and made the process as quick as possible ( they knew I was ready to go home and Tony even made me coffee). Would recommend them to anyone. Tony, Britaini and Eric were great! Bad experience I have had a bad experience hit Auto Gallery in Lawrenceville Georgia. The guy's name is Jeff he's over the maintenance department my transmission dip I have had a bad experience hit Auto Gallery in Lawrenceville Georgia. The guy's name is Jeff he's over the maintenance department my transmission dipstick cover was broke. And he accuse me several times of breaking it that's the way he made me feel. He don't know how to treat customers he's very rude. And I did not break the transmission dipstick cover tube. It had to be that way when I bought the car the engine light has been coming on since I've had the car. And they refuse to fix it. But Jeff needs to learn how to deal with customers and you don't be rude to your customers so no I will not recommend Auto Gallery to no one. Because I feel like I got screwed. The salesman's are very nice but Jeff the maintenance department needs and education how to be nice. So I will never go back to Auto Gallery again I will go anywhere else is up there. More
