Chevy Sonic I really can't say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, just depends what situation you're in. Eric was awesome, he had great energy and I wish he would have been my sales guy. Anai was my sales person and I do not recommend her to anyone. She is very sweet but did not know anything about the vehicle, she did not bother telling me how to work anything in the car, she didn't bother saying anything about the car other than "How do you like it?" and "Are you ready to do the paperwork?". Most sales reps give you a run down of the car, you know the functions, gas mileage. She was not helpful for any information on the car, luckily I had already checked out the 2017's to have an idea of what the car looked like. I didn't like the fact that they will hold the car until you have the full down payment but if you were to change your mind they do not give your money back, I don't know about you but if I give you $800 to hold the car then change my mind I would want my money back. I don't want to be told I can't have my money back. I also didn't like the fact she lied to my face when I asked how long it would take for the car to be cleaned up, mind you where her desk sits I can also see where they detail the cars and my car was not over there! but she had the nerve to turn around look out the window, turn back to me and tell me a few more min and my car would be ready! Like really lady? We both are looking out the window, please tell me where you see my car? I don't recommend using her, also there was no mention of the cars having the GPS trackers on them! That is a deal breaker for me! I have seen many stranded because of those things, I personally don't trust them. So if you don't want to bother with those then don't go to this company! I didn't find out about the tracker until after the paperwork was signed, which if I would have known before hand I would have not gotten the car from there. Britaini was nice, wasn't crazy about the 10" nails she had, it just didn't look very professional to me but she was sweet. Kristina was nice, didn't talk to her much. I hope in 6 months to trade the car, I don't like the tracking device, I don't like the thought of that thing acting up while driving , I thought they were not supposed to put those on the cars because of the issues they cause with the electrical systems but either way I don't like it. More

I did not feel ANY pressure to buy and it was a comfortable pleasant experience. Eric the manager was great as well. He did a wonderful job of helping Boss get the information they needed to make the sale as smooth as possible. Kristina the finance manager went the extra mile to make sure I got the best interest rate and approval. I was signing the papers to buy and another bank had picked up my application and so she stopped what she was doing and did the paperwork and lowered my payments because I got a better interest rate!! She did not have to do that at all. And Britaini worked behind the scenes to make sure the car was ready and that all the paperwork was in order. I'm so thankful that I found these guys and I will definitely be sending my family and friends to Boss at Auto Gallery. More

Great experience It was a two (2) day process, and I dealt primarily with a saleswoman by the name of India. I will say that she stayed engaged from start to finish, and ensured that my experience was smooth and enjoyable. She was patient and very diligent when it came to locationg quality vehicles that fit my specific criteria. She was very helpful and detailed in selling the pros and com of each vehicle. Once I narrowed my selection to 4 cars, she handed it over to Kristina and the Sales Manager (Eric). Kristina really worked the phones for securing approval with the financing companies, keeping my down payment relatively low and my monthly payments reasonable. Eric sealed the deal and did an excellent job in stressing the value of the comprehensive warranty. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with them, and left very pleased to have done business. More
