Seemed great...didn't pay off my trade-in Everything with this dealer was great leading up to the day of the purchase...then things went downhill VERY QUICKLY. They always responded to texts and calls right away, got the car in the price range we wanted, stayed open late for us, etc. The only issue I really had the day of the purchase was that they force you to sign an Arbitration Agreement when you are completing the contract of purchase. I was ready to send all my friends and family to them. After the purchase, they promised to mail us the spare key to our new vehicle, as well as our garage door opener left inside one of our trade-in's (traded in two vehicles). Three weeks later, nobody every returns my calls regarding these items or seems to know anything about them. Not only do I not have either of those items in my possession, but I also found out that neither one of our trade-in vehicles have been paid off yet. After calling to find out what the deal was with that issue, yet again, no knowledge, no call back, no nothing. I can assure you that not one friend or family member will be visiting this dealership, and every opportunity I get to tell someone how horrible this experience has been, I definitely will use it to do so. Not only is this situation frustrating, but it can be horribly damaging for someone's credit history. This is extremely shady and selfish business practices. It also is extremely illegal. The Arbitration Agreement does not cover situations like this; therefore, I have already gotten in touch with a lawyer to have them begin monitoring and researching this situation. More

I purchased a 2005 GMC Sierra from Auto Gallery in Lawrenceville and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From start to finish, Michael and Eric went above and beyond their normal duties. Michael first showed me the truck and was helpful and knowledgeable. I had tons of specific questions and Michael either answered them or found out the answers. Michael was honest and forthcoming about the truck and advertised it well. Eric was excellent to work with as well. Eric was very open about the truck's history and he did plenty of digging too find out for me as much information as possible. In the end, I got a reliable and clean truck for a great deal. Reggie is very personable and treats his customers with courtesy and kindness. He is off to a great sales career. Kristina handled the paperwork at delivery and had everything ready to go. She helpfully pushed the paperwork through on a Saturday and overcame a small obstacle along the way. Kristina has great skills and will be a manager soon.
