Straightforward, Honest and Fair I was looking for a specific vehicle and had been in the market for a few months. Once I found the truck at Auto Gallery, Sergio, the G.M. was moving I was looking for a specific vehicle and had been in the market for a few months. Once I found the truck at Auto Gallery, Sergio, the G.M. was moving the vehicle from the front display and was happy to connect me with Maribel who was the salesperson that greeted me. Even though it was close to closing time, she was eager and willing to allow me to go over the truck and test drive it for the first time. I mentioned we were going on vacation the next day and if it was still there upon our return, I would be back. She scheduled a follow up call for the day of my return and invited me back to revisit. Maribel and Sergio worked hard to meet my requests including having the vehicle inspected by a third party (franchised dealer) and making some minor repairs. They were also able to give a fair price on my trade and connected all the dots to make me and my wife feel good about the purchase and the experience. We did not pursue purchase and she was fine with that - no pressure whatsoever. We returned a couple of days later, Maracela was off but Jason was helpful in answering our questions and we decided to purchase a 2012 Lincoln MKX. We traded in our 2000 Lexus and felt they gave us a fair trade in value. Our buying experience was low key, both sales advisers were just that - how can we help you and how can we answer your questions. We were impressed with Jason, Marcela and E who handled closing paperwork. I really got the feeling that these employees work as a team to insure a great buying experience. Divine Appointment! My wife and I had spent all day Friday looking for a new vehicle since our van died. Saturday morning we went to Gainesville to continue our search. We had no knowledge of Auto Gallery and passed it going to the store for some sunscreen. We then turned and went back to check out the inventory because it looked great from the road. We were met by Dairie Miranda. Less than a minute later we realized that she wasn't your typical car salesperson. She was very patient, kind, knowledgeable about the inventory, and immediately gave us ideas that we hadn't thought of. She found us a vehicle at a different location and went with us to look at it. We were also blessed to meet her sister at the Cumming location. We then laughed and had a lot of fun on our test drive. Needless to say the car was perfect for us. Very clean and drove like new. Ashley helped us with all the financial paperwork and was a joy. She made everything so easy and smooth. After we bought the car, my wife and I feel like we made true friends in the process. LOVE my car I went into the dealership specifically to look at this Honda vehicle. I researched online for this particular Honda because I previously had one jus I went into the dealership specifically to look at this Honda vehicle. I researched online for this particular Honda because I previously had one just like it and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, a deer decided they liked it better than me and rammed into the side of it totaling it. Anyway, I found the car and went into the dealership already planning to purchase it if all went well. The salesperson I got was a VERY SWEET lady named Maribel! She was awesome! She did EVERYTHING she could do to help me. We went back and forth for a few days until I got the deal like I wanted it and I bought the car. She worked with management and a man named Sergio and also the bank trying to get what I asked for and she accomplished what I wanted!! Sergio was great too. Basically, they gave me a great deal! I would most DEFINATELY buy from this company again! They are pleasant people, always smiling and sincerely trying to help you in any way they can. I found a Ranger Pickup with extended cab and standard transmission online at Auto Gallery and spoke with Maribel Acosta on the phone to get more information before we drove down . She was so helpful and we decided to make the drive to take a look. She even clarified directions and "talked us in" when our GPS led us astray. We loved the truck but had one other less expensive option to look at with another dealer. Maribel asked us to consider buying as it was the last day of the month, but was very understanding of our need to look at the other vehicle and we never were pressured or badgered in any way . Maribel offered to come in the next day, on her day off, if we decided to make the purchase. After looking at the other truck, we decided the one at Auto Gallery was far superior. Marcela stepped in to help out at the request of Maribel and she was just as professional and helpful as Maribel had been. These ladies know their stuff ! I've encountered many car sales persons so I have a lot to compare with. I went to Auto Gallery to look at a specific car I saw on their web site. I called ahead to be sure the vehicle was still on the lot and spoke with a very young lady who told me to ask for her when I arrived. When I got to the lot she showed me the car I was initially interested in. I was not impressed with that vehicle but they had a large selection of high end vehicles. She took the time to let me drive 3 other vehicles and I selected the last one I drove. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I was allowed to drive the vehicle to my home and pick up my wife and drive her back to the lot so she could see the car too. We purchased the vehicle the next day at a great price. More

I'm not sure where to start with this dealer... saw a vehicle on eBay... it seem to fit my needs, the final price seem to be fair although it was li I'm not sure where to start with this dealer... saw a vehicle on eBay... it seem to fit my needs, the final price seem to be fair although it was likely $2,000 more than what I wanted to pay for but dealers they ALWAYS screw you on a trade in. .. long story short did all the paperwork then they old me they still owe me a keyBob and key which finally arrived seven weeks after I purchased a vehicle in addition the title was screwed up I still have not received the real title and a purchase was April 1st what they did they sent me a Georgia Title with 95000 miles on it although the truck on it had 29000 much aggravation stupidity and people not doing their jobs I still have not received my title yet 7 weeks going strong, buyers beware! This dealer is a SALVAGE REPAIR PLACE TO AVOID ESPECIALLY WITH THE LACK OF ATTENTION PROCESSING TITLES and constant praise for them self saying they get a hundred percent satisfaction feedback which is complete BS!! if you think you got a good deal is because you don't know what a good deal is!
