Fantastic overall experience My Family and i had being looking for a Toyota Sienna for a long time after having our twin boys in May. After looking at 6 other vans elsewere, we w My Family and i had being looking for a Toyota Sienna for a long time after having our twin boys in May. After looking at 6 other vans elsewere, we were very dissapointed with their condition and the lack of service and effort put into tryin to help us. That all changed as soon as we found Auto Gallery in Gainesville. I fille dup the online application and shortly after Marcela called me to let me know that the van was available and that I was approved. I made the long trip from Marietta to see the van on a late evening past busines hours and not only was Marcela there to patienly show me the van, go on a test drive with me and answer all my questions, but so were the manager and finance people! After some pleasant negotiantion and agreeing to fix some minor cosmetic issues (somthethig that no one else was willing to do at any other dealers...) I picked up our new van the next day without any hassels. I would recomend Auto Gallery and particularly Marcela to anyone looking for a no hasle buying experience. You will not regret it! PS: WE LOVE OUR LOADED SIENNA. Is perfect for our family of 6! More
