This is my 6th vehicle purchase (across various dealerships) and I'm usually over it before half way through negotiating but Mike was a lot of fun to work with and Nate was trying very hard to be accommodate us. Both Nate and Mike worked hard to make something happen for us so we rolled with it and scored a sweet new Toy. In fact my fiance refused to let me purchase this vehicle unless they replaced several items on both interior and exterior areas and they made it happen no problem. These people want you to be happy and comfortable and they want you to find something that's right for you. No pushing or over selling everything. I'm a harsh dry d*** and don't ever post but I'm doing it for these people. A++!!. More

Out of state buyer, felt right at home! I found a Dodge Challenger SRT8 on their website and I had to have it. Only problem was that I live out of State (NC) and of course, they are in Lawre I found a Dodge Challenger SRT8 on their website and I had to have it. Only problem was that I live out of State (NC) and of course, they are in Lawrenceville, GA. I put in an inquiry about the vehicle and received a callback fairly quick from Eric. He advised that the car was still available and asked when I could come take a look. I told him I lived in NC and that I needed to talk to finance. Finance called and I talked to Carlos G and Kristina. I made it clear that I wanted all the financing completed in advance as I was coming from out of state. They assured me everything would be ready when I arrived. We went over the numbers in advance (down payment, interest rate, term, price of car, etc). This was on Thursday. I bought my plane ticket the same night and flew out to Atlanta the next morning. Eric who was also my salesman picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the Lawrenceville location where the car was located. On the way, we stopped and he bought me breakfast since I didn't have time to stop before my flight. When we arrived at the dealership, my car was already being detailed and looked even better in person than the pictures. After they finished detailing it, I hopped in and took it for a test drive. The vehicle drove just as I expected. Got back and walked inside and was greeted by everyone inside. It was a very friendly atmosphere and I didn't feel pressured at all. The sales manager thanked me for coming all the way from NC to purchase the car and made sure that the shop guys triple checked everything before I got back on the road. Carlos and Kristina handled the financing and paperwork process quickly yet thoroughly and made sure that any questions I had were answered. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes not including the test drive. I cant say enough good things about this dealership. I have bought alot of cars in my time and most dealerships are just out to get your money. These guys are the truth! It's about making the customer happy and they did just that. I was smiling all the back to North Carolina in my Challenger. They say you know you bought the right car when every time you walk away, you look back it. Well I can honestly say that is the case here and I want to thank everyone at Auto Gallery for making it possible. I highly recommend you purchase your next vehicle from Auto Gallery! More
