We went to the dealership planning on purchasing a Chrysler Town & Country, which had already been sold. Francisco suggested we check out the Honda Odyssey Touring and holy cow, I fell in love, immediately. What is more impressive is the fact that he was able to get my fiance' on board with the Odyssey (his heart was set on the Town & Country). Since I was in such a hurry, I had to fax some of the paperwork, Francisco again was incredibly accommodating and stayed in constant contact with me. However, the most important thing is that he and the financing crew were able to make the car of my mommy dreams happen on my budget with my anticipated down payment. They are just the right amount of flexible. Love my minivan. Love the dealership!! More
