Not only were they all there but he was happy to wait for us to come in. When we walked in I hear a familiar voice and I look around and there is my former co-worker Jodie coming over saying she didn't know I knew where she was working. We spoke to Chris shortly afterwards at which he let her take over the sale. A few minutes later she had inventory numbers of the cars we had mentioned to Chris on the phone. She was awesome cuz she didnt pressure us and even told us we could drive all the cars on the lot to find our new car. We ended up not getting either of the cars we had originally mentioned but got a beautiful 2012 Kia Sedonna with her help. She is definitely a keeper and will be coming back to guys for our next vehicle More

Eric Welsh is a magician! I was recommended to Eric Welsh through a mutual friend of ours. I was in desperate need of a car but, due to recent financial hardship, I was having I was recommended to Eric Welsh through a mutual friend of ours. I was in desperate need of a car but, due to recent financial hardship, I was having a lot of trouble finding a dealership that could accept what I was able to put down on the table. Eric was more than willing to do everything within his power to get me a good car within my price range. I had this whole plan laid out in my head about dealing with the pricing and downpayment; it wasn’t needed. Eric was open, honest, and he really never made me feel bad for the fact that I couldn’t do better than I really wanted to be. He had everything pretty much taken care of before I even got there that day. Financing was actually the easy part! I didn’t have insurance at the time and of course I was going to need it. I don’t have a good record (don’t judge me unless you know the details), it is what it is. This part scared me just as much as getting financing. I had already spent time getting quotes before. I thought that I had found a company, however, when I called them from the dealership they denied me. After I spent a while on the phone (and I was actually using Eric’s phone because mine was almost dead) with insurance companies and getting nowhere, Eric was able to make a call and the rate that I got was less than what I used to pay when I had I great driving record. When he showed me the numbers, if I was the type of person that would cry, I totally would have. This sale probably would have normally taken Eric very little time to complete but, because of my own circumstances, it took a very long time. However, Eric was nice, polite, and went way over and beyond to help ensure the sale was able to be finalized. I was not oblivious to the fact that the he was not practically walking through fire to help me just to help himself, he really wanted to help me too. He was very much aware of how much I needed this to happen and he continued to reassure me throughout the entire day that he would make it happen. Life has taught me that things can always appear to be going your way and then BAM, a wrench is thrown in the mix and nothing goes right. This has happened to me time and time again. So, while it was nothing personal to Eric, I was truly not convinced that it was all going to work out until I walked out of that dealership with keys in hand. And guess what, I did. I got a great deal, great price, great payments, and a great experience. I will definitely be going back to Eric when it comes time for an upgrade. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to by a car. They have a great selection and everyone that I encountered while I was there was so nice and pleasant. Thanks Eric, you really did me a solid and words cannot express how much I truly appreciate your help. I don’t know what I would have done without your help. Thank you. More
