Anai Duran and Carlos Guerrero were very friendly, and overcame many obstacles to help me purchase a used 2012 Toyota Prius C. I was pre-approved for a car loan from a very well known (and local) Georgia credit union. Unfortunately, they were not honest about their interest rate and intended to trap me in a high interest rate loan. I was extremely upset, and was prepared to walk away from the car that I really, really wanted. Anai and Carlos worked together to secure me better financing, and I drove off the lot with a 2012 Toyota Prius C this weekend. Additionally, the Lawrenceville location is extremely professional. I was always offered something to drink and Anai always answered my questions (and I had many). Anai and Carlos also sent the vehicle to Toyota for warranty repairs and promised to fix minor body damage. Anai is a really great saleswoman. I really gave her a hard time, but she persisted and made the sale. I'm a recruiter, so I know how hard it is to overcome "No" to get to "Yes." Very easy and efficient I came in impulsively not thinking I would get what I wanted at the price I wanted. I spoke to Francisco who was very helpful I told him what I wanted and where I wanted to be monthly. With the help of sales manager Carlos they were able to make it happen and even gave me different options as far as trim levels and colors for the car I wanted.
