Service work terrible I recently purchased a dodge 1500 mega cab 4x4. I love this truck however when I purchased it there were some minor things that needed to be fixed. T I recently purchased a dodge 1500 mega cab 4x4. I love this truck however when I purchased it there were some minor things that needed to be fixed. The rear seat needed to be replaced. Alignment needed to be corrected. And a few other things. I have had this truck for 3 weeks and the dealership still hasn't replaced my seat. I carried it in for a correction on the alignment and 5 hours later I am still sitting in the lobby waiting on my truck. Terrible service department. Salesman Shane was great. But as far as the rest. Terrible. More

After a phone call and a pleasent conversation, I had a list of cars I was interested in, and process started with out meeting anyone. When I finaly met Abimael, the cars I chose were ready for a test drive and the paperwork was ready. The final track of the process was fast and pleasent.
