I was searching for a good used car for my son & I came across this 2014 Acura Tl located at Auto Gallery in Gainesville. I just bought a Hyundai Santa Fe and I am very happy with my whole car buying experience! I initially drove the 3.5h to buy a Honda Passport and I knew it had an accident because my sales rep Val sent me th my whole car buying experience! I initially drove the 3.5h to buy a Honda Passport and I knew it had an accident because my sales rep Val sent me the carfax report right away. After inspecting and test driving I found some issues with the car. The brought it to their shop right away to check on the Honda. The Assistent Manager brought me in his office to tell me very honestly the shop is not able to fix those problems to my satisfaction. Since they knew I drove so far they offered me all the help possible to show and test drive as many cars as possible. After finding a good pick they gave me good deal on the car and on the warranty. Val even drove to the gas station to fill the car up for me! If I need to buy a new car again, I will contact them first and see what they have to offer. More
I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this dealership. I bought a used car from a salesman named Ben on April 6. The car was filthy and smelled funny, but I know how to wash a car. The salesman lied to me several times about the car and its CarFax history. He took my driver's license to make a copy and didn't return it, and then left the dealership. He had to mail my license to me. When I bought the car, I was told the tag and title would be emailed to me within a couple of weeks. The temporary tag expired on May 21, and I didn't receive anything. I called the dealership, and they told me that the tag was being processed and I should have it within the week. The next time I called, I was lied to and told that someone had come out to deliver it to my home twice, but no one was home. A) I'm in North Carolina, B) my husband is at home full-time. I eventually talked to Meredith, who seemed to know what she was talking about and told me that the processing time would be longer because I live out of state, and I should have my tag in a couple of weeks. So I called Meredith again almost three weeks later, and she said that the information had been sent in and the DMV should have it. Today I called the Georgia DMV and the title was still in the previous owner's name, and there was no tag. I called the NC DMV, and they didn't have any information at all about the car after looking up the VIN. It's June 21! The car has been sitting in my driveway for a month! These people are out-and-out liars. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and they better take this car back and give me my money back. I'm done with their BS. More

Worst Dealership Ever!! I purchased a 2017 Jeep for my daughter from these guys in Nov 2018. From the get go, I had problems with the vehicle and took it to a reputable Jeep I purchased a 2017 Jeep for my daughter from these guys in Nov 2018. From the get go, I had problems with the vehicle and took it to a reputable Jeep dealer in Roswell. When I called the Auto Gallery, they told me to bring it back to them (Keep in mind, I am 45 minutes from them). I dropped it off and they put me in a beater to drive that I didn't even feel safe in. Called me back after taking it to NAPA and told me there was nothing wrong. That was the first negative experience. I also purchased the Preferred Customer Program and was told I could take it to any of their locations. That was great as they have a Cumming location. Well, come to find out that the Cumming location does not have a Service Dept so I tried the Mall of Ga. location and after trying for four days to get hold of their Service Dept, I finally called back to the Gainesville location to explain my problem and the guy I spoke with told me to come to Gainesville and go to the Napa store down the street. I explained to him that I am 45 minutes away and didn't really want to drive that far for an oil change and in so many words, basically said tough luck, that is all I can do for you.. In hindsight, I guess that is what I get for going to a "Used Car Dealership". More
