I thought they would be a little more helpful and upfront. I called them to make an appointment for a service they had diagnosed about a month ago. I also told them the heater wasn't working properly upfront. I called them to make an appointment for a service they had diagnosed about a month ago. I also told them the heater wasn't working properly and they said they could check it out. The cost for the filter replacement was almost $800 without taxes or credit card fees. When I went to drop it off and reminded them to let me know their thoughts on the heater not working I was told it would be an extra $170 for a diagnostic charge to tell me what was wrong with the heater. I asked if the diagnostic cost would actually tell me why the heater wasn't working and he said that they had to run it. I also asked if the diagnostic fee would be waived in the cost of repairs and he said no, that it would be in addition to any repairs. I drove an hour there and back and so did my wife because she was going to pick me up. It was a waste of my time. This might very well be the way the world works now but I will look for any other way of dealing with the problems than have a surprise charge applied for something that may or may not lead to a proper diagnosis and then undoubtedly lead to a much bigger repair cost that may or may not fix the problem. I guess the bottom line is I won't make the mistake of going back for service or to look for a vehicle. I also think it is worth noting to anyone considering going there to ask about all fees before you make the drive. More

When I decided to look for another dealer I found Banks Crossing and gave them a call. When I spoke with John on the phone he said he could get me taken care of in just a few days! My experience today was awsome with John and JB. Not ONLY did they get me in sooner but in and out in less than an hour. Thanks for stepping above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of! I will surely be back and recommend family and friends here! More
