I thought they would be a little more helpful and upfront. I called them to make an appointment for a service they had diagnosed about a month ago. I also told them the heater wasn't working properly upfront. I called them to make an appointment for a service they had diagnosed about a month ago. I also told them the heater wasn't working properly and they said they could check it out. The cost for the filter replacement was almost $800 without taxes or credit card fees. When I went to drop it off and reminded them to let me know their thoughts on the heater not working I was told it would be an extra $170 for a diagnostic charge to tell me what was wrong with the heater. I asked if the diagnostic cost would actually tell me why the heater wasn't working and he said that they had to run it. I also asked if the diagnostic fee would be waived in the cost of repairs and he said no, that it would be in addition to any repairs. I drove an hour there and back and so did my wife because she was going to pick me up. It was a waste of my time. This might very well be the way the world works now but I will look for any other way of dealing with the problems than have a surprise charge applied for something that may or may not lead to a proper diagnosis and then undoubtedly lead to a much bigger repair cost that may or may not fix the problem. I guess the bottom line is I won't make the mistake of going back for service or to look for a vehicle. I also think it is worth noting to anyone considering going there to ask about all fees before you make the drive. More
They send you a fake scratch off mailer saying you won a car!! Only problem? Everyone’s mailer says they are the winner. Terrible tactic to get you to come into the dealership. He explained the financial process and information regarding the purchase. He contacted me the next day to be sure everything was satisfactory. I purchased a 2019 Lexus LC500 on 10-16-2020. My sales person was Austin. I drove about over two hours to look at the car and ended up purchasing. Unethical Dealership!!! Stay away!!! Went shopping for a truck with my son. They refused to show a truck in the Tradesman line, claiming they were not available. Tried to sell him a truck at least 20k out of his price range. Would not accept Credit Karma score for negotiation purposes, then ran his credit several times which caused his score to drop drastically. They told him that they would back out other inquiries if he bought a truck from them. I used to have respect for this dealership, but no longer. They use highly unethical strong-arm tactics in order to try to force a sale and prevent you from shopping other dealerships. Complaint with BBB was filed and they refused to respond to it. More

When reaching out to them about it I get a run around. They didn’t have to be dishonest to make a sale. They try to get you with that smart pay. Also, I didn’t receive paperwork til 2 weeks later and it has smart pay that I decided against. More

I’ve never been in such a “no pressure” buying experience. The finance department is top notch and were very accommodating and easy to work with. i guess they try friendly sales guy but bought brand new ram 3500 and window sticker says one year XM radio and all I got was 3 months and even Chryslers web site says friendly sales guy but bought brand new ram 3500 and window sticker says one year XM radio and all I got was 3 months and even Chryslers web site says 1 year with new vehicle and also our sales guy had to try his best to clean truck because it was really dirty and had moss growing on it from setting. I feel like the sales guy shouldn't of had to do that it was not his job and also had to stop at service station and put air in tires because they were really low More
Exceeded Expectations I was looking to trade my 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited I had purchased from Mall of GA CDJR and when the car starting giving me a ton of mechanical issue I was looking to trade my 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited I had purchased from Mall of GA CDJR and when the car starting giving me a ton of mechanical issues, I knew it was time to look into trading my car. I spent hundreds of dollars and a LOT of time working with the service advisors, managers and staff at the Mall of GA dealership and it was a headache to say the least. I was being thrown in a hundred different directions and felt like they cared about the issues I was facing. I purchased an extended warranty and GAP coverage with Mall of GA and they told me "my repairs we not covered" which was appalling since I spent money on this warranty. I felt like they just used me for money. I looked up different dealerships and was willing to drive any distance to make sure I got the best customer service and deal possible. I looked at Akins, Mall of GA, etc. When I arrived at Banks Crossing, I was greeted immediately by Chris Tullis. He was respectful and not pushy. He understood my wants and needs and he definitely delivered. He helped me pick the best 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Chris and Christian Egizio (Finance Manager) were such great help and made the process go from stressful to successful. I would 100 10/10 recommend this dealership and am so grateful for their commitment to great customer service and care. More
