I recently purchased and financed a car from this company, and unfortunately, I encountered some significant issues during the process. While the car buying experience itself went smoothly, the finan company, and unfortunately, I encountered some significant issues during the process. While the car buying experience itself went smoothly, the financing aspect left a lot to be desired. After completing the financing process, I was told that the bank would get in touch with me, but there was no clear timeline given. As time passed without any communication from the bank, I took it upon myself to reach out to them, only to find out that they had all my information incorrect. It was quite frustrating to realize that the dealership had provided the bank with inaccurate details about my application. Unfortunately, this resulted in an inquiry being made on my credit report, which did harm my credit score. While the car buying process was smooth overall, I am deeply concerned about the dealership's association with banks that can mishandle customers' data and potentially impact their credit scores negatively. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I would caution others to consider alternative financing options if they decide to buy from this dealership. It is my hope that the dealership takes these concerns seriously and improves its practices to ensure a more transparent and responsible handling of customers' financial information in the future. More

You won't regret it. She is very personable and down to earth. The vehicle we chose, needed some cosmetic repairs done and the manager made sure to make note of everything we mentioned and is making sure it is all being taken care of.
