The Best Experience I had with an automotive dealer. Cliff and Don were amazing with the whole sale process, and helped me with getting into the car I wanted with an incredible price. I just traded in my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder SL with 68k miles for a 2013 Jeep Compass Latitude with heated seats. The car is in showcase condition and everything checks out. He is also replacing the tail lamp on my car and installing a new radio for me after finding a defect with the old one. This place has an on-site body shop and repair center for their own cars so all the cars are well taken cared of. I saw the car I wanted on their website, but no one picked up the phone when I called. So I headed straight to the dealership in person and it was the best decision I made. I found out that they sold 3 Jeep Compass' and one was in the body shop getting touched up. I saw the car there and completed the deal and it was not even posted on their website. This place receives Jeeps on a weekly basis from other Jeep dealers & Jeep Dealer Auctions and goes out quick for them to update on their websites and all the staff are mostly with customers and moving cars around and found out why they are picking up the phone when they can. No wonder this is the #1 Used Car Jeep Dealership on Long Island. Again, I really appreciate Cliff's patience and expertise with all the craziness going on there. He is a one man army doing everything, calls, website updates and dealership management. Thank You guys again for getting me into a nice Trail rated Jeep. 😎 More
I contacted this dealership about the vehicle about five or six times and I only heard back from them once. Not honest people and very rude not from that state but I was told they had 7 when I called back to ask a question the second guy was nasty to me and said they had one and it was a waste of time to plan a d was told they had 7 when I called back to ask a question the second guy was nasty to me and said they had one and it was a waste of time to plan a day to come and the website was out of date you can’t get through ever it took me over 72 hrs from phone and never once received a email back if it was available or not when I called about others I’m on hold for over a hour then transferee for another hour till I hang up and give up if your from New York and a male you probably have better luck being a out of stater and female they were jerks. I don’t recommend I hope they read this and think how they handle better for people More
I have attempted to contact this dealership more than several times now. Including 2 times since I previously wrote about it. Their website shows 8 vehicles I am interested in, not all equally, but cann several times now. Including 2 times since I previously wrote about it. Their website shows 8 vehicles I am interested in, not all equally, but cannot get anyone there to return my calls, or e-mails, to let me know which ones are still available. Although they are showing as available, they are the same vehicles as their website showed as available a month and a half ago. None sold? I would fly out there to purchase one of them, but I have no confidence that any of the ones I am interested are even there, and since no one will verify it, I cannot waste money on a airplane trip/motels/other costs to be incurred, in going there and trying to purchase one. They really do put a new meaning into the term --- "Contactless service" On their website they brag about the great service they provide - but obviously that statement may have been true, but way in the past. In the last month and a half, they have not shown it. No service provided, is how I now, speak about them. More
