When I first arrived at Auto Estates the feeling was very easy going. I asked if I may test drive a Mercedes C300 and the nice lady behind the desk got me the keys put a dealer plate on the cars and said gi easy going. I test drove 5 cars at Auto Estates that day and they were nice and clean and the crew was very accommodating. When I finally decided on my car (I love BTW) Rick Smetana sat down after the location was already closed and got me the lowest rates he could find. This was a refreshing experience because normally I hate car shopping. I only have one complaint which is , I only got one car phob with my purchase and they said they were going to do research about another but I have yet to hear from them. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Auto Estates (especially Rick) to a friend or family member. More

Rick and Matt were excellent to work with and I felt like I received a good deal on a purchase of a used Audi. They had many to select from and all were in good condition. The guy who takes care of the cars (Rick) is a really nice and down-to-earth guy. However, once you get to talking about the price, you get the pleasure of talking to Matt Skittles. I wouldn't recommend this place as the cars aren't cleaned thoroughly, they also are not checked for battery power, nor do they even fill up the tank. STAY AWAY! More
