From the moment we stepped on their lot we were greated by an extremely courteous, professional young man named Craig Decker. He showed us several vehicles with out any pressure whatsoever. Answered all of our questions rapidly . He really knew how to provide great service. We located a truck we really liked & at that time he introduced us to Anthony Webb who completed our purchase with speed and answered any question with patience & kindness. this was on Saturday and we were to return with our down payment on Monday. We were able to drive the truck home without any deposit, just our handshake & Word. We had neglected to ask for a CarFax & upon return to Bart's on Monday Anthony kindly provided this report without any problem. We also discovered he had gotten us an even better Finance package than we had been given on Saturday lowering our interest rate 2 full points. There was even more great services offered to us more than I can share here. We will definitely return to Bart's Car Store for future Vehicle purches as well as refer anyone in need of a vehicle to start there. For the price we paid, we would have expected them to purchase another key or at least tell us there was only one key available. We were very disappointed because we have no back up key in case the only key gets lots or is missing. More
