My wife and I just had a baby, and needed a safe reliable vehicle to drive our family in, and we found what we were looking for with these guys, unfortunately it turned out to be a solid lemon. We purchased the vehicle back in Dec 2021, and as of now, the vehicle is still parked not being drivable. The people all acted friendly and helpful, but due to short staffing with their repair shop, and poor communication between them and the sales staff, the vehicle they sold us, turned out to be junk. My main regret is not reading reviews online about all the other customers that trusted them and were rewarded with unsafe garbage. Right after purchasing the vehicle we ended up having to spend over $3500 just making it road legal, and the only thing they took responsibility for was the windshield (which took several months to get them to change) and the driver headlight (which stopped working almost immediately after they claimed they fixed it, which they flat out lied about, they ghetto rigged the wiring so it would work when I picked it up, then after driving it once, stopped working). I would continue to push them to fix it correctly, but I don’t trust their shop in messing it up worst, and I don’t have 9 more months for them to supposedly fix it. These people are scam artists and liars that will do anything to save a few bucks, and have taken advantage of us, and many other people who also posted their horrible experiences with this company. I really would like to be able to drive my vehicle someday, but every day we find a new problem that we have to fix. Our only saving grace is that we recorded everything and documented everything, so hopefully some justice will come to these criminals, who think it’s ok to take advantage of a new family… More
