Smooth and Easy Buying Experience! A+++ Service! I went to Auto-Credit looking to finance a Honda sedan, preferably with so extra options. They had a few when I visited the office. I test drove 2, (and did have some more), one was 2014 Honda Civic LX, which drove great, it was very clean, had Low miles and was definitely ready for purchase. The other one which i ended up buying was a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L with 88k on it! This one had the extra options that i was looking for, like the sunroof, leather, and rims that I absolutely LOVE!! Once i decided which vehicle i wanted the rest of the process was very easy. AutoCredit helped with everything from the financing, to the registration. All i had to do was bring in my downpayment, and a couple documents to help confirm my info, and i was able to drive away later on that same day. So i would say, overall the whole experience was very good. ***PS: i have been driving the car for a couple weeks now and it is Great, no issues at all, very please with my purchase. This was by far the best car purchasing experience i have had. THe sales manager Brian helped me though the entire process from Tradeing in my car (which was comletely junk :/..) to getting the insurance rea had. I reccomend you try these guys out. I went in and personally did the application but he told me it is possble to get approved over the phone as well. Its just a great family business. They got me pre-approved first and then I picked an suv that worked for me. Within 24 hours, I was driving a 2008 gmc envoy. They also introduced me to an insurance professional who set me up with LIBERTY MUTUAL with almost NO MONEY DOWN. They also registered my vehicle and gave me a FULL tank of gas. A painless and seamless process. Much better than I ever expected. More

BEWARE!!!! This is by far the worst dealership experience I've ever had. Each time that I went to the dealership the price of the vehicle would increase, and the terms of the deal would change. They refuse to refund my deposit, and actually told me that I would "never get a cent of the deposit back", in the middle of the office. The salesman was extremely belligerent and unprofessional, while threatening me and using profanity laced sentences with me. Even telling me to get the **** out of the office. I've had an experience like this in my life, and I urge everyone reading this to avoid these people at all costs. SHOP ELSEWHERE. More
