I recently purchased a 2007 Ford Escape in which the day after buying the truck I had contacted the dealership to alert them of some concerns I had such as my front windshield have a serious leak from the t after buying the truck I had contacted the dealership to alert them of some concerns I had such as my front windshield have a serious leak from the top by the roof I was also informed the truck needed tie rods ball joints and sway links. The dealership proceeded to tell me that they were not responsible for the vehicle. Just recently I found the truck has a serious mechanical problem which could have caused my truck to set fire and when contacted the dealership they laughed it off and said it wasn’t they’re problem. This place is the absolute worst. Will never go or recommend anyone to go there . More
